WHAT IS THE TURNAROUND TIME FOR WEDDING INVITES?

If you've chosen a suite from the Signature Collection, turnaround time is generally about 4-6 weeks from ordering to dispatch.

If you have chosen a bespoke invitation suite, design time takes a little longer and can take from 8-10 weeks.

WHEN SHOULD WE POST OUT OUR WEDDING STATIONERY

Save the Dates are normally posted 12 months prior to your wedding date. Allocate a little extra time if you are having a destination wedding to allow guests to make travel arrangements.

Invitations with details and timings are generally sent to guests 6-8 months prior to the wedding day.

On the Day stationery, ie. place names, table plans and menus should be ordered at least 2 months prior to your wedding, once you have received all RSVPs and have a better idea of guest numbers.

HOW DO WE PAY?

At the point of ordering your stationery, you will pay a 50% non-refundable retainer fee to secure your booking. Then once you have approved your final digital proof, you will make payment for the remaining balance and your goods will be posted out to you.

WHAT'S THE PROCESS AFTER WE'VE PLACED AN ORDER?

Once you have placed your order, I will check over your booking and confirm all details via email.

You'll then be sent over a content questionnaire to fill in all the wording and information I need to create the stationery.

I will then get busy designing your dreamy paper goods and once completed you will be sent over your digital proof. You are allocated up to 3 rounds of revisions to make any necessary changes and alterations.

Once you're happy with your final digital proof, you'll need to sign your print release form and make payment of your remaining balance. Your invitations will then be printed and posted to you as soon as they are ready and assembled for you to post out to your lucky guests!

Once you have received your RSVPs, and have an idea of guest numbers, we can discuss your options for on the day stationery. Ideally this order is placed at a minimum of 2 months before your wedding to secure availability.
